Dear Dr. Principato,

At the end of last semester, you received a newsletter from our Advanced Energy and Fuels Management Professional Science Master’s (PSM) program at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.  I would like to take a moment to communicate with you further about this exceptional educational offering.

SIUC’s PSM program is a unique opportunity in graduate studies for students from the STEM fields.  It is a terminal, hybrid degree program that combines aspects of a master’s in science or engineering and a master’s in business administration.  The PSM program provides students with an interdisciplinary curriculum, advanced technical training, practical experience, and professional skills.  SIUC’s PSM program is the first of its kind and the only PSM program to focus on the energy and fuels sector in its entirety.

We encourage you to inform your graduating students about this unique educational offering.  We would also welcome the opportunity to connect with interested faculty, students, and organizations on your campus.  We are open to any suggestions that you might have in making those connections.  Please contact me if you would like us to explore potential opportunities.

Everyone here at the PSM program appreciates your time and consideration.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  If you would like to learn more about our program, please visit our website at  Thank you for your attention.
