email@example.com The Environmental Studies Program at Skidmore College is accepting applications for the position of Lecturer/Program Coordinator beginning September 2012. The position is a nine month, three year contract. The Program coordinator serves as a liaison to community organizations to cultivate internships, community outreach, and undergraduate research; organizes speakers and co-curricular programs; and oversees Environmental Studies Program communications. The successful candidate will also teach two courses per semester in our interdisciplinary, undergraduate Environmental Studies Program: “Environmental Concerns in Perspective” and, preferably, lab sections for “Field Studies in Environmental Science” or courses in our “Culture, Society, and Environment” track. M.A., minimum, in Environmental Studies and Sciences or a related field. Minimum qualifications: MA/MS in Environmental Studies and Sciences or a related field.
