Paid summer internship opportunity at Organic Valley (Wisconsin)

FYI, students… A great opportunity for those of you interested in food systems!

The Farmer Support Program internship will be approximately 10-12 weeks. The first week (June 10-14) will be spent at head quarters in La Farge, WI for training and then the rest of the summer will be visiting farms in your region.

We are currently accepting applications. To apply please submit an application and letter of intent (in the letter please include: why you would like to work as an intern next summer, what skills you will bring to the internship and what you hope to learn during the internship). Inclusion of a current resume is optional. I have attached the job description and the application, but you may also find them on the Organic Valley website at:

This is a paid internship, $12/hour expectation of 40 hours/week. Because of the nature of the job we are thinking it will be a “non-standard” work week, but much of that will rely on the schedule that the intern sets for him/herself. In addition to the hourly pay, we will provide an internet/cell phone stipend ($46.15 bi-weekly), and mileage, meals while traveling and any hotel expense will all be reimbursed.

You may submit your application either by email or mail at the below addresses:
